By using the site www.freexel.com (hereafter Freexel)
and/or uploading or downloading material from this site, you agree to be bound
to this agreement and agree to the terms and conditions contained therein. We
reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without notice. Use of
the site will be subject to the most current version of this agreement included
on the site at the time of use. If you disagree with anything stated here interrupt
your use of the site and delete all data that may have downloaded. The moment
Freexel provided a translation of the Italian language version of the site and
its functionalities, you agree the translation is only provided for your convenience
and that the Italian language version of the Terms and Conditions govern your
relationship with Freexel. If there is any contradiction between the Italian
language and its translation into a different language, the Italian language
version takes precedence.
Use of this site
This site is owned by Freexel. All images and material related
information provided in any way by Freexel here and everywhere on the site,
including linked text, headings / captions, or information (collectively, images)
are owned by Freexel and our image providers (photographers). All Freexel's
photographs, images and illustrations are protected by the Italian and international
laws on Copyright.
If you've registered an account on Freexel you are able to
acquire images, which can be used as detailed below. Freexel reserves the right
to revoke your account at any time and you agree to immediately discontinue
its use in the event of written notification by Freexel. All rights not specifically
granted by this Agreement are reserved to Freexel.
Despite our best efforts to provide accurate information, this
site may contain technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical
errors. In addition, this site may contain images and each image are important
from the point of view of history and culture, and text contain subjects that
reflect the social attitudes and the characteristics of a particular time and
place. You must be aware that your search may lead to results with content that
may seem inappropriate in that context.
Despite the responsibility for images uploaded to fall entirely
on the photographer, since they hold copyright to any Content submitted, we
will do our best to identify and resolve any infringement of copyrights and
trademarks. If you found a file that represents a violation of this type, please
report it so that we can take appropriate action.
Registering an account with Freexel
To buy our pictures and licenses for use, you must register
an account with Freexel, ensuring that information provided is true and accurate.
The account is personal and not transferable and you are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account number and / or password and you must not
distribute this access information or allow others to use this login to access
this site.
Children
Children (persons under 18 years) can not use this site if
unsupervised and we ask children not to register an account or send personal
information. By using this site without proper supervision by parents and /
or register for an account, you warrant that you are 18 years or more.

Royalty-Free License (RF)
Freexel's photographs, images and illustrations are sold and
licensed with "Royalty-Free" (RF) license. Purchasing the Royalty-Free
license means that you pay for an image only once and then you can use it whenever
you want, with only a few restrictions. In other words, there is no charge for
the license except the initial cost and no other fees to be paid except those
included in the initial cost. The license applies to one person and is personal
and not transferable nor salable.
The Royalty-Free License is guaranteed only for high-resolution
images, not marked with a watermark, while all other versions (small thumbnails
(thumbnails), marked or not, which are visible on the site) are entirely covered
by copyright.
Also our free images (at no cost) can be used in commercial
projects with Royalty-Free License, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
With Royalty-Free License YOU
CAN:
- illustrate Web sites;
- decorate your home or your office;
- create art prints (not for resale);
- create advertising posters, flyers and any other promotional material of this
kind;
- create unique interior design;
- illustrate books and CD covers and booklets;
- illustrate articles and covers of magazines or newspapers;
- create wrapping paper for different products;
- create posters for campaigns humanitarian or social campaigns;
- create presentations for the company;
When using an image, Royalty-Free that involves people, please be careful about
the sensitive issues, drugs, mental illness, the disabled, etc..
With Royalty-Free License YOU
CANNOT:
- create postcards, flyers / posters, calendars, which will be redistributed
or resold;
- create t-shirts, mugs, or any other product of this type that will be resold
or redistributed;
- create logos or trademarks;
- create your art from it and sell it or redistribute it;
- create puzzles that will be resold or redistributed;
- create web templates for selling or redistribution;
- use the image in any other substantially in a product that will be resold
or redistributed;
- use the image in cards for sweets;
- create artistic prints that are resold or redistributed;
- exceed the 100,000 copies of the same image;

None of our images may be resold or redistributed by any means, or
be made available for distribution or resale to third parties without the written
consent of Freexel.
If you have any doubts about a possible future use please contact
us.

Copyright
Buying high-definition image (buying the RF license) does not transfer
the copyright. Purchasing it, you can not say that the image is yours
and you can not sell, grant permission for use, or otherwise distribute the
image for reuse. We recommend, when using an image, to recognize
(accreditate) the agency and/or the photographer (eg "Picture of John Smith",
etc..); when the photographer or agency have indicated, you are obligated to
do so.

Refund policy
You can request a refund of your purchase within 30 days from date of purchase.
Note that this is possible only if you are able to immediately remove all images
used by your projects and provide a well-reasoned written explanation for your
request and your username. If you downloaded an image that has technical defects
please contact us for a new image download.
If you are unable to download an image, we will refund. The downloads are not
reimbursed if they spend seven days from date of download.

FREEXEL DOES NOT OFFER ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY IMAGES,
THE SITE, THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER LICENSE INCLUDED IN
THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR CONVENIENCE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT THE SITE AND ANY SERVICE WILL
BE UNINTERRUPTED AND ERROR-FREE.
EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY PLANNED BY LAW, FREEXEL CAN NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU, OR ANY
THIRD PART, THAT CAN CLAIM FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR

RESPONSIBILITY FOR FREEXEL FOR YOUR USE OF ANY IMAGE PROVIDED HERE AND EVERYWHERE
GO BEYOND THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THAT IMAGE.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
The EU legislation provides that individuals also are required to give
a guarantee on items sold, unless this guarantee is not explicitly excluded
in the sale. As a result, even though the object proposed is perfectly matching
the description, it is sold AS-IS ( "as is", "saw and liked"),
with explicit exclusion of any form of warranty, so who buys, unconditionally
accept the exclusion of any guarantee for the object itself.
READ WITH CAUTION: Do not buy without having
first read well the description of the object for sale and Terms and
Conditions. If you have questions, please contact
us before buying.
All items always conform to the description, but if for any
reason you are not satisfied after the purchase, please contact
us: surely we can find a solution.
